I haven't had any problems with my Explorer.

I got this offer again last night and it loaded.  I was able to get it to credit twice.  Also on my video list was another Explore 10 offer that I hadn't seen in quite a while.  It credited two times.  This is encouraging.

When I get that error, I try other browsers, and it magically starts to work, it could be the security settings, that is preventing it from working. Try tweaking your  browser settings..
