I had plenty but stopped before I felt like bursting. I really hate feeling overly full, no food is worth that no matter how much I like it!

I am overweight also but I could not resist the great food. I had a serving of everything. However I did not go back for seconds.

Yes, I did, and loved it.

This morning, I am eating better, and exercising and stretching as I go about my morning.

I will take a walk after lunch, and get me back to normal before Christmas goodies with the family.

Part of the fun.

I lost some weight this year and my stomach must be smaller because I couldn't eat as much as I intended to.   I guess that's a good thing.

Yes, I did. I filled up my plate, ate it all, and felt full afterwards.

No, once I'm full, I'm done eating.

The Thanksgiving feast was picture-perfect because we all pitch in and supply our share in my family.  I volunteered to prepare sides, dessert and the tea this year.  Everything was amazing!  I didn't overeat because there was so much conversation going on that you couldn't wolf it down if you wanted to.  HaHa!  That's part of what makes it all so special at Thanksgiving -- and we are grateul for that.  We then cover everything up and turn our attention to the football game.  Before we depart we divvy up the remains among ourselves for leftovers on Friday.  Thankful for fun times!  :turkey:

I didn't eat a lot because the food wasn't all that great.  I went to my brother's gf's house and she cooked most of it.  I thought my brother was going to cook a lot because he's an excellent cook.  He only made two things.  If he would have cooked I would have eaten a lot more.

My mom made so much food we have enough for 3 diners and she made turkey salad so we have that for lunch each day. Plenty of food in my house this weekend. :turkey:
