Weirdest survey - ever!
« on: November 29, 2018, 08:41:47 am »
I just finished the craziest survey ever....wow.  The questions were all about feelings --- The last question was "what do you think the purpose of this survey was?"  I wrote my honest answer:  "I have NO clue!"    I qualified and collected .37, but I will not be surprised if they revoke the cents.

We shall see!

I doubt they'll revoke it. You were honest with your answers.

I almost always think I have an idea of what the survey was trying to find out. You can tell by the questions.

I get a lot of surveys that ask what the purpose of the survey was, so I'm surprised that you're surprised.  :confused1:

I usually can guess what the survey is trying to get at, but the questions on this one were SO random, I seriously didn't know and couldn't even guess! :)

I don't think they will revoke it, some surveys would just like you to finish in the time allowed with honest answers.

I've had a few surveys like that. Personality questions, like are you an introvert or extrovert, are you passive or assertive, etc. It had nothing to do with companies or products. And like you, I told them at the end that I had no idea what the purpose of the survey was. If you answered honestly, I don't see why they would revoke it.

I highly doubt they will revoke it. As long you provided honest and thoughtful information, you should be fine.

I rarely stop to figure out what the survey is trying to accomplish, but I never cease to be amazed at the questions.  We definitely get some weird surveys, that jump from one subject to the next, and you can't imagine the purpose.  At least weird ones can be somewhat entertaining!

That is a weird survey. I hate the ones where it says do you agree to keep the content of this survey private? I answer yes.  then it asks a 2nd question are you sure you will not share this? Then I hit yes. then I get a message saying you are not qualified for this survey. I,m like what the heck?  :peace:

When a survey asks what would be a perfect  day for you. I say to wake up with 3 suitcases  full of money. That would be a perfect day.

My husband told me that some survey companies to trick surveys to see if people are paying attention.  I don't understand some of the survey's I've taken in the past.  Really some of the questions are just down right silly.  But I guess if it's getting the advertiser the information they need that's all that matters.  Sometimes trying to figure it out is tough though.

I've had surveys like that also and usually the questions are so off because I think they are looking for results entirely for something different than what the questions are about
