Why some names on the Community are a different color?

Just curious to know why. For example if you look at my user name is on a red/pinkish color,s same as some others I have seen but most people is black?

I think that means you looked at their profile or accidently clicked on their name (I've done that).

I have no idea what you mean about the community. I still cant figure out what the banner is and also leaderboard. Any thoughts?
