I love chocolate mint ice cream and cover it with hard chocolate cover, and on the other side; I would love it with the hot chocolate sundae yummmy  What would you do?

Holy Heck, I had no idea........ Too  much is how much I love chocolate anything!  Ice cream, cereal, candy, milk....Had to give most of it up when diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.Sad but true!

I enjoy chocolate-covered raisins, cranberries, blueberries, and, of course, cherries (this always comes to mind at this time of the year).

Oops, I didn't intend to leave out chocolate-covered almonds, especially when dark chocolate is used to coat them plus a sprinkle of sea salt.  A healthier choice, in my opinion.  I think I will celebrate today!
