Ironic thing... Just two days before he died, one of his songs popped into my head (remember the closing theme from the movie City Slickers?)  So I started listening to several of his other songs - just out of the blue.  And I found myself wondering if he still did any shows or had any new projects since I hadn't heard of anything recently.    I didn't know that he was sick until after the news of his death broke.
Great voice.
 :(
