Like you, waiting to hear something as well; the last time I was credited was on 2/15. I did not create a ticket, because I know so many others have already. Hopefully, they will resolved the issue soon.

I'm glad the Coupons offer credited for you.  I actually have not attempted that one in quite a while.  I think it's time to give it another shot.

I keep trying too and no credit here either. I have submitted a Support Ticket a while back. but I have not got a response yet.

they are awful when it cums to lying about your complaint.  They tell you they'll fix it but never do.

nothing yet on Tap research. I try everyday and I see the amount I am supposed to get for credit but it does not go into my account yet. I hope when they do fix the issue we all get the credit we are supposed to get. that is what they did last time

I put in a Support ticket about it and got a message back saying the Tap Research points are not actually lost; they just aren't posting to our accounts. Support will give us the points back once they figure out what the problem is that is preventing them from posting to FC.

This is encouraging news!  It says that FC is acknowledging the problem of Tap's credits not posting to FC members' accounts.  Best news about this non-crediting issue yet.  Thanks for posting!

Here is a response from my ticket re: TAP

We are currently investigating reports of missing credits from TapResearch surveys. Your credits are not lost, but we are investigating why some of them are not displaying within your FusionCash account. We appreciate your patience as we work with TapResearch through this issue. I will leave this ticket open until the issue is resolved.

That is very encouraging news, hopefully they will fix the issue soon, if we get the credits back it will be even better, but just for them to fix so we can get credit from now on it is a good thing.

Been having problems with TR all weekend, missed out on the 15 cent for two days. And when I do get a survey it doesn't pay me for completion. Had 18 cent for a survey and it didn't credit.

I have stopped bothering with TAP; until they can figure out what is going on. I still have completed surveys from last month that have not credited; so just going to wait awhile before I try it again.
