The last new addition to my family was our pet bird. We got her on labor day September 2018. My kids love her and I do too. May get another bird soon to keep her company.

Don't know any relatives having babies lately.  People are having less it seems.  Myself and several cousins from my generation don't have any.  When I go to my family reunion each year I see less and less kids.

Families do have a way of growing. When mine gets together, I can't believe how we've multiplied.  I have four children and eight grandchildren.  I was an only child, so having all these relatives is wonderful and amazing.  My youngest has not started her family yet, so I have hopes of another newborn in my future.  Stokeman455, that's awesome that you are having a baby later in life.  Best of luck to all of you!
No new immediate members in the family but close friends have new little ones.

Recently my sister-in-law gave birth to her second child and I had the pleasure of meeting my second nephew. He's only a few weeks old and so very precious. I think I'm getting better handling and carrying for the little ones than I was with his older brother.
Does anyone else have new family members (especially of the newborn variety) that they simply adore?

Yes! My Nephew was just born last week!(03/23/19) He ended up in a incubator because he was having a hard time breathing. We were scared it was a heart problem & need surgery. We found out that he had an internal hernia in which cause his intestines to push against his lungs. He still had to go thru surgery to close the hole. Having 5 nieces we are all excited we finally have a male baby. Being the only boy, he's gonna be so spoiled. So, what he came into the world fighting for his life he deserve to be spoiled. I'm so proud of my new nephew, only weeks old & he earned his right to grew up healthy & happy.
