I think someone else had started a thread a while back about being asked to donate money to something in a survey?

I just started one and after about 3 screens it goes to a screen that says (Error 404- Payment Required)

Never seen that before.  Anyone else run in to this craziness?

Not that specifically but asked to participate in an auction I just backed out I would not donate as a part of a survey nor would I get into an auction to get a few cents that is craziness

Oh I done that one.  All you have to do is bid 0 in the auction.  That is what I done.  It kept saying you do understand you are participating in a REAL auction.  I ended up getting to try a product for free on that one.  Then the 2nd part of the survey (which I was not paid for) I had to do a 2nd REAL auction.  I bid 0 both times.

I would think crazy stuff like asking for a donation or money in the survey is something FC would need to know about but honestly I do not think they really care.  Seems support has really changed.  I done a Paid to Call a few years ago and the guy (when I did not buy the product) got really smart with me and basically putting me down.  I reported it to FC and told them the company behind the survey (I knew who it was since I called them) needed to know this is how their employees talk to people.  I like the paid to call things because they paid $2 for 3 minutes.  I did not get paid for that one because the guy I was talking to hung up on me when I didn't want to give him a cc number to seal the sale.

It was something to do with paying them to do my taxes.   FC responded to my ticket and thanked me and told me they would forward my concerns to the proper people.

i HAVE never seen that error either. I am getting tired of doing surveys and finding out weeks later that they took credit away. Makes me not want to do surveys anymore.

Yes that is frustrating. But it doesn't happen very often. So at this time it is still worth it.

I have not had any issues yet.  I just joined today and I am learning more about how this site works.  $3 per month for posting a post once a month sounds good in my book.
