No, I already figured it out.  I had BLOCKED the number that SMS comes in on your phone.  Figured it out this morning and back in business got my .15 cents once I unblocked the number.

Unexpected credits are the best. I've gotten credit for a survey out of the blue before. Not sure when exactly I took it or what it was about, but hey, the money is nice.

On this particular offer, though, I have experienced slower crediting than other video offers.
