How do you fall asleep?

Those nights when you just won't fall asleep, what do you do? What do you take if anything helps?

Nobody say warm milk, because it's gross lol

It's every night for me but all I have to do is note the TV programs, find one that I really, really want to watch and boom!  Watch the opening credits and it's lullabye time. It only works, though, around 2 a.m. I'm in real trouble if there's nothing on I'd love to see. Then it's 6 a.m. before I can fall asleep.

    I do not go to bed until I am sleepy.

I try to keep a  regular bedtime and get up schedule and it works pretty well.  I do however, take sleeping medication.  I guess I am too high strung to relax

I put on a boring documentary or youtube channel that will get me fast asleep.

I am   too darn tired to care how I fall asleep, but there are times my mind just want shut down and I  will finally get back up and sit in the  chair and turn the massager on and it will relax my some then  I will go back to bed and fall right to sleep.   It used to be a lot  worse when I was working for money. My job was very stressful then. But now  that I am retired I only volunteer a couple of times a week, still stressful in a lot of ways, But I know iam doing  God's  work and I fall asleep most night  very well

On the rare occasion I can't fall asleep, I take an Advil PM.... gives a nice sleep & I wake-up without any grogginess.

I watch tv to help me go to sleep.

I just lay in bed with my eyes closed.

The only time I fall asleep is when I'm tired and so I'm ready to go to bed.

I go in my bedroom with my Dog and lie there and watch T.V. I put the T.V on something that is really boring to me and I usually fall asleep with my Dog curled up next to me.

when i cant fall asleep i make up a made up story in my head. kinda like reading a book and i just think about that make my characters do stuff and what not. this always shuts off the part of my brain that keeps me awake thinking and worrying

Are usually text my boyfriend and we talk until we both get so sleepy that we can’t keep her eyes open he always helps me relax and go to sleep better.
