I used to do My Thoughts Surveys.   I can't even remember if I ever qualified or not.  Now I pretty much just do FC surveys because at least I get DQ'd cents and now and then I qualify.

It's actually been over a year since I got paid doing that survey, it was a$1. and I never got paid again, I'm still trying to get a survey from My Thoughts, but no luck.
