I think she is guilty, and she needs to take responsibility for her actions; I think his younger brother saying he forgives her, was his way of being able to move, he did not forget the  crime she committed; but at the same time he was able to show her some grace and mercy.

She was guilty as sin, but she got off with only 10 years in prison. Go figure.

I learned last night that one of the witnesses of the case was found dead. I do NOT believe that was a coincidence.
