After reading this thread, I went to check and found two "Smart Search" offers on my video page.  I got both of them to credit.  The first one gave me $.02 even before the three minutes was up.  The second one gave me $.01, but I had to wait a short time after I'd finished interacting with the page before the credit arrived.

Smart Search is very easy and nothing to do but "click" into and it keep the page open for at least 3 min.

OOPS, maybe I spoke too soon.  I've only had one search for the last couple of days.  At least that one is still working!
