It's just one of many aspects of the 'Last Days' soon to be over forever.  I was privileged to have a demonstration in our midweek meeting a few weeks ago.  The scriptures I highlighted were 2 Timothy 3:1-5.  Critical times hard to deal with.  Even though those verses talk mainly about the characteristics of people, there is specific mention of pestilence in other verses.

As i have aged there are 2 sayings that Jesus made that hit home with me more then ever.What he says to Pilate and how he scolds Peter RE the sword.

I have said this before and will say it again.I was fortunate my lottery # kept me from getting drafted in early 70s when Vietnam was going strong.My # came out around 160 and 1-125 got pulled in from 1971.Im not sure what i would have done if i got drafted cos i passed my army physical.

But i say this with conviction now.If i knew as a 20 yr old what i know now i would have gone to jail from Jesus words to Peter then RE those that draw sword will die by it.
