Tax payments now due July 15

Just heard the 90 day extension news now that I paid mine just days ago. That's what I get for finishing early lol. Who else already paid and who's celebrating?

I hadn't heard the extension.  That's god news because I haven't put mine together yet

They also moved the filing deadline back to July 15th. Has to help out some CPA firms that aren't able to work as many hours.

thats great news but if they haven't filed they won't get the stimulus check they are saying is coming

The proposed stimulus check would be based off your 2018 tax return, so it wouldn't matter if you have filed 2019 or not.

Just had my taxes done 5 days ago....only get $550 back....but that's better than owing....

Yes they will.  It is if you filed in 2018.  Can't wait for all the cry babies to start that do not file cause "they don't have to" lol

Yes, we paid ours about a week ago, but I'm glad that they're extending the deadline to pay taxes, especially now that a lot of people are out of work due to the virus. With bills coming in on the regular, I'm sure that a lot of people are happyh to use whatever money they might have to pay those. When everyone gets back to work, hopefully they'll be able to make enough to save for their tax payment that's now due in July.

Was waiting to pay ours back until April but now will wait until July. No reason for them to my earlier than necessary.

I saw this yesterday. We completed our taxes awhile back but this is good for those who need the extra time during all of this madness.
