Wow...
« on: August 06, 2020, 12:45:22 pm »
Hi all,

So I completed a couple of surveys earlier and noticed my total was $26.38. I just refreshed the page and now it says I only have $7.15. When I checked to see what was wrong, it said everything prior to 2/20 had expired. What the hell does that mean?!?! They've pretty much voided the majority of my earnings and I *just* got past the minimum for cash-out.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?! I swear, if this is legit I'm gonna be really ticked off.

After 180 days, your oldest earnings start to expire. It stinks, but that's the way it is.

It's in the Terms of Service:

Unfortunately, your earnings expired. On Fusioncash, you need to cashout your earnings within 180 days or they expire. Since your earnings are from February, they'll be expiring this month.

I suspect you did not cash out within the 180 day time limit. You’re required to cash out within 180 days or your older credits will begin to expire. It’s unfortunate, but it is in the rules.

When I first started on FC, I had the same thing happen.  I only lost $5-$6. I soon realized that it was my own fault for not keeping up with the site. It really isn't hard at all to get minimum cash out amts in the time allotted. I am sorry this happened, but I think it has happened to several folks until they remember that your credits expire after 6 months. Plus, lets be honest; they do warn you it will happen.

I feel sad for you, but we people that use the forum regularly try and remind everyone to cash out each month or at least check your oldest date earnings so you don't lose when the 180 day threshold arrives!
Even been posting about other sites rules regarding forced cashouts and losing earnings due to site closures.. you will have paid a premium for this education so now check each day!

Not only is it in the terms of service, but they send you a weekly email (unless you turned it off) with your earnings report and at the bottom is the same warning.

You did not cash out within the 180 day time limit. You’re required to cash out within 180 days or your older credits will begin to expire. It sucks but that's the rule.

Just read the rules and follow them. Newbies have a habit of feeling unjustly persecuted. It happens routinely.

I think it's funny that you say if it's legit you'll be ticked off. I would think you'd be more inclined to think it was more irksome to find out it was not legit.

Hang in there and don't be a snowflake if you'd like to make little extra money and enjoy posting on the forum. There are  no Rockefellers on here. :-\  Just makin' a few extra cents for the 'halibut.'

It sounds like the 180-day rule took effect. Sorry about those earnings.

Not only did I not have that happen to me but I'm sure it never will in the future.  I've read the terms of service and fully understand that there is a time limit to the credits in the account.  180 days to be exact, a full 6 months!

There are other earning sites that let you keep your cash or points as long as you keep the account opened.  Fusion Cash in not one of those sites.  You have to stay active or you will lose your credits.

It is not hard at all to cash out before credits expire.  Make it a point and a habit to spend a few minutes a day ( or most days ) and there should be no problem.

Yeah, it's all about learning from your mistakes. Many of us went down the same road as newbies. It's legit that they took away some of your earnings, because that's how they roll and it's clearly stated. It's rough to learn the hard way and lose a good portion of your earnings like that, but then again FC wants members that help them on a regular basis, not just once or twice a year. If you get in the habit of visiting every day, or even every other day, and put in the effort needed, you should have no problem cashing out within 6 months. Many people here cash out every month! And some of us, like me, are every other month. But once you do, you'll find out that FC is totally legit and has always paid!!

Some sites don't require you to cash out but you have to login everyonce in a while or your account is considered deactivated.  I think the timeframe is like a year and a half.  Either way, these sites are going to require some type of activity for your account to remain active.

I hope Fusioncash confirms my profile information soon so that I can cadh out.  I have requested help from the Administrators since March to get my account straightened out so I wouldn't be up against the deadline for cashing out and having that problem.    My hands are tied to cash out until they fix the problem.  So if they start deducting money from my account because of a problem on their end, I will be greatly saddened.  Reminds me of the saying, "Do as I say, not as i do".  But I get it, they are the owner.  However lack of responsiveness is bad for business.
