Has anyone completed any of the mobile offers such as installing games and reach a certain level? Have you actually been paid if you met the goal?

Yes, I got $20 for Rise of Kingdoms back in March. I still play the game. It takes up a lot of space on my phone, so I haven't tried any new games lately. But I downloaded an emulator on my PC that lets you play mobile games, so I might uninstall it from my phone and try a new game.
