I might be wrong. It has happened before. But I do not think that you are allowed to do FC using wi fi. I believe that you have to be wired. The reason is that other persons might also do FC using the same wi fi as you.

I am on My Personal House Wi-fi, I believe you're referring to retail outlets, restaurants, libraries etc.  not wired.

I didn't say I was using WiFi for FC. Don't know what the difference is between WiFi and/or regular internet.

Isn't most internet WiFi these days?  Most laptops are wireless.  But I am not sure what WiFi actually is.

I sometimes use my laptop, but it's always wired because the battery is going. I'm always home doing these sites. in fact, I'm always home except for doctor appointments! The only difference is sometimes I use the laptop and sometimes the desktop. Never had a problem before. It's sad because I loved OneOpinion.

As for asking to investigate in another post, I never heard back so they won't bother to even answer me. Too bad I can't sue! LOL

Wi-Fi just means that your computer is connected to the internet using radio waves instead of an actual cable that runs from your modem to your computer. It doesn't matter to FC if you are wired or wireless at home. They just don't want you using public Wi-Fi that multiple people can use at once. Although the chances of someone else accessing FC using the same public Wi-Fi connection as you has got to be slim to none.

I am sorry that happened to you. I cashed in november with one opinion and got paid. I also belong to a few. Right now treasure trooper is my biggest earning site. It is sad to because they were number 2 with FC at number 1.

Have you tried Toluna? I found it to be quite good as a survey site. Best wishes!
