Have to recommend a new survey site called drumo. Been on it a few months. Its like the others surveys hit and miss . Still i cashed out for 10.00 to paypal and got the money in less then 30 minutes. You can get gift cards also,so give it a try.

I like the ones that have this type of payout options:

Drumo only really acts as a survey router.
To withdraw your earnings via PayPal, you will only need to earn $1 (they also have $3 and $5 withdrawal options).
