Happy 4th of July to everyone.  Hope you all have a great weekend and get to relax and rest up.  The weather is suppose to be really hot all over the country.   We are going to go spend 4 days up in Big Bear, swimming, eating and just enjoying each other's company.

I don't have any plans for the 4th of July.  My daughter and her husband has to work so I guess I will be relaxing and I have to keep my grandson on Monday.

Every year they have a large block party downtown with food vendors, information tables and booths, craft sellers, etc. I have a new job with Catholic Charities this year and we are going to set up a table to let folks know what we are doing and to solicit volunteers to help with our furniture ministry. Just down the street, our friends with the Knights of Columbus (which I am also a part of) are selling root beer floats!

I'm working on the fourth.  I don't care I'm going to get good hours plus time and a half.  I don't care if I work or not I don't care about the holiday.

I live by Dodgers stadium in los angeles so I'm going to have to put up with the fireworks celebration all night long on July 4th again this year
