Training a Puppy
« on: February 04, 2023, 03:29:53 am »
I have had my share of puppies and have been able to train them all. I have this new puppy now and he is 9 weeks old. I have tried everything I can think of to get him to use the restroom outside, but he always waits to come in the house to do his business. Does anyone have any suggestions?

It's been a long time since I had a puppy. But you might try this website from the American Kennel Club. Advice sounds pretty sound.

And you probably won't have any trouble since you've had puppies before. You'll start remembering things that worked.

Good luck!! Give him lots of love. He'll give it right back. But you know all that.  :angel11:

Have you tried taking him out on a very consistent schedule, like right after meals or naps? Puppies are really little and sometimes they just can’t hold it for long, so frequent trips outside can help.

Having a tiny teacup pomeranian is such a joy, their small size makes them feel like little companions that fit perfectly in your lap, training a teacup pomeranian can be delicate but rewarding, it is amazing how much personality they have packed into such a tiny body, keeping them healthy and happy requires attention and love, their playful energy and affectionate nature make them a delight to be around every day.
