Are you a night or day person?

I am a night person. It's easier staying trying awake at night than wake up in the morning.

Can be both at times I suppose....but usually night...used to be an early bird and even used to exercise in early am, but things have changed now...and I enjoy sleeping now, don't feel it's being lazy at all

Can you be both? I seem to never sleep. Little naps I call it, when I do lay down. I'm usually up 20 out of 24 hours.

I am soo the same way! It is weird some times I get annoyed even having to sleep and other times the bed just feels to good to get out of lol!

I am a day person.  I usually go to bed about 11:00.  The book or tv show can wait.  I find that around 10:00 at night or so I have about zero patience for anything.  I prefer getting up early and getting started on my day.

Night things are more quite and I can get a lot done with no interruptions.  I have to be up cause I have kids.  I'm only a day person when I'm on vacation.  WOOT WOOT

Completely and totally a night person. If I wake up before 10 am - whether I go to bed at 11 pm or 4 am - I'm groggy and shot the entire day and can't get by without a nap.

Night person! If I could I would sleep at 5am every morning and wake up at 1pm. I love being nocturnal.
