Lisbon to Paris freight transport

I was recently in Barcelona on a business trip and made an agreement with several farmers to sell me mandarins and lemons at reasonable prices. I live in Paris and would like to arrange for their delivery. Has anyone ever transported large loads from Barcelona to Paris? What problems did you encounter and what advice can you give me?

Tolls are one of those things you don’t think about until you suddenly owe way more than expected. Thought my I-PASS was set up right, but out of nowhere, I got hit with unexpected charges. At least now I won’t be surprised with random fees, but seriously, why do toll systems always feel like they’re out to get us?
