Tracking Emotions During Games

I started noting my mood before and after each bet. Turns out mindset affects judgment more than I thought. Calm sessions go smoother, impulsive ones crash. How do you manage emotional swings when watching games live? Controlling that seems harder than predicting outcomes.

I like understanding what I am getting into before trying anything new so I sometimes read the rules carefully. At one point I went through https://indi.1xbet.com/en/bonus/rules/1st because I wanted to avoid confusion and it actually helped me see which steps matter and which ones I could ignore. It felt good to finally have some clarity without overthinking everything.
