Chronic Fatigue and Brain Fog
« on: March 20, 2026, 01:21:35 pm »
For the past few months, I’ve been constantly tired, my brain feels foggy, and I can’t concentrate at all—even after 8 hours of sleep. Coffee doesn’t help anymore. Has anyone tried anything to boost energy at the cellular level, without caffeine or stimulants?

Yeah, I was in the same boat. I started buy nad+ via this service: redmondpharm. I took 100–200 mg subcutaneously 3–4 times a week. Within 3 weeks, the fog in my head cleared, my energy became stable throughout the day, and I wake up without feeling “worn out.” My sleep is deeper, and my mood is better. There are almost no side effects, just slight redness at the injection site. I highly recommend it for restoring energy after age 35+.
