What forums are available to post for credit?

In reading through some of the forums (like off-topic) I get the impression that there are forums that don't give credit for posting?  Is this true?  If so, what forums do give credit?  I appreciate anyone's input on this.

Yes, that can be true, but you can try to reach 30 posts in 3 to 5 days, and that will be great.
