    • How does FusionCash work?
      Simple! You just register (for free) and pick your favorite way of earning cash. We have paid surveys, paid videos, paid radio, paid to click, paid tasks, cashback shopping, paid to search, and more. Then, after meeting account and balance requirements, you request a "cashout" of your balance and get paid by your preferred method.
    • How can you afford this?
      Advertisers and survey providers pay us to send them potential customers and survey takers. This form of marketing is much more effective than standard advertising, because they pay only for fully acquired customers. There is no wasted advertising money as there is in traditional advertising, such as TV or radio spots.
    • Why are you giving away money?
      It's simple: advertisers are in need of new customers, and they're willing to pay sites like FusionCash top dollar for each new "lead". We share much of the advertiser's "bounty" with you. The same goes for survey completions, video views, and our other opportunities.
    • What sets FusionCash apart from other sites?
      Our motto is "No Catch - Just Cash". We try to be upfront about our policies and realistic about your earning possibilities. We do not charge any fees to send payments, no matter which payment method you choose. We also try to offer a wide variety of opportunities to earn, and you are not forced to participate in anything you do not wish to.
    • How do I close my account?
      We suggest that you simply cease logging in to your account. It will remain dormant and usable if you decide to login again. If you wish, you may unsubscribe from our occasional newsletter.     • I've requested a cashout. How long until I get my money?
      We disburse payment on or before the 20th of the month after you cashout. That is, if you cashout any day this month (April), your payment will be disbursed on or around May 20th. You must allow 1-5 business days for electronic payment methods to post, and 2-10 business days for check delivery via USPS First Class Mail. We know it is a little bit complicated, so here are some examples. Request a cashout on January 1st, and it will be disbursed around February 20th. Request a cashout on January 15th, and it will be disbursed around February 20th. Same for January 20th -- it yields a February 20th disbursement. And the shortest possible time you can wait for a cashout is about 20 days, if you cashout on the last day of the month. A cashout requested on January 31st would also be eligible for February 20th disbursement. Naturally, it works the same for all other months - not just January!
    • How much money do I need in my account in order to cash out?
      The minimum balance for cashing out is $25. At least $15 of your balance must come from non-bonus credits; the rest can be bonuses (but doesn't need to be).
    • What's the difference between "bonus" and "non-bonus" credit?
      Bonus credits typically have the word "bonus" in them. Examples include referral bonuses, signup bonus, forum posting bonus, FC Survey Disqualification bonus, and so on. Everything else else without the word "bonus" attached (including Paid to Click, Daily Cash Emails, Paid Videos, & FC Surveys) count as "non-bonus" credits. It may seem complicated, but your credit listing will indicate which ones are bonuses with a green "cross" icon (Bonus Credit), and your account balance includes a breakdown of the bonus / non-bonus components.
    • What different payment methods do you have, and how do they work?
      We currently offer payments through: PayPal (US & CA), Direct Deposit (US Only), and Check (US Only). No matter which method you choose, there are no fees or costs.
    • How do you process check payments?
      Checks are sent via USPS First Class Mail to the mailing address on your FusionCash account; please allow 2-10 business days for delivery. Check payments are only available for United States members; Canadian reisdents must use PayPal.
    • How does Direct Deposit work?
      If you wish to receive payment via Direct Deposit, you must furnish your account and routing numbers, as well as consent to deposit.
      Once you receive the "Cashout Approved" email, allow up to 7 business days for a credit from "FUSIONCASH/DISBURSEMENTS" to post to your account.
      Direct Deposit payments are only available for United States members; Canadian reisdents must use PayPal.
    • Are there special requirements for PayPal payments?
      Yes. There are four main requirements:
      • Multiple FusionCash users may not share a single PayPal account
      • There must be an active PayPal account at the payment email address. (Sign up now)
      • PayPal accounts must be Verified and located in the same country in which you reside (i.e. United States or Canada).
      • PayPal accounts must be in your own name.
    • What is "Telephone Verification"?
      Before you can cashout, we require that you provide and verify a telephone number. This simple process allows us to more effectively fight fraud and maintain our high payouts. All you have to do is type your telephone number, receive a code via Text Message (SMS) or voice call, and then enter it on the website. If you are unable or unwilling to verify your telephone number, you can use the alternative verification method and fax us identification.
