Support / What is the best method for choosing offers?

I am brand new to this site and am feeling a little overwhelmed.  While I have gathered that referrals are a great way to make some money, obviously they only go so far some days.  When choosing offers what have you found to be the best method?  When looking through I've seen some that the payout looks awesome, until I see what I have to do for it (I don't want to post any examples for fear of breaking the rules).  So I was just curious what method seems to work for everyone else so I have an idea of how to begin.

I am 100% a Philadelphia Eagles fan so I am keeping faith that they will make it there this year, although the Giants are hot on their tails.  As far as the AFC I am uncertain who I think will make it, just have to keep watching.  Although after this week I think there will definitely be a better idea of how the playoffs are going to be looking.

With my first pregnancy I tried to find out about 22 weeks along, however my daughter was a lil lady and kept her legs closed tightly, again about 25 weeks along she did the same thing, I was about 30 weeks when I finally found out.  My son I was around 18 weeks or so, at first they told me he was a girl, luckily they checked from a different angle during that same ultrasound and discovered he was a boy.  I am pregnant again and this time I am uncertain if I want to find out the sex, I think it would be kind of neat to be surprised when the baby is born.  Although it will be difficult!
