The site said thank you, survey completed, and that I would be credited, but nothing ever came through.   

Surveys do not credit instantly, but if you don't get credit then learn from me.  Don't waste your time doing it again.  If your in the apparently uber rare group that is able to finish this survey with no credit then you are better off just leaving it be or marking it so that you don't see it again. 

I must be, because still no credit!  I'm hiding all of the offers that I've completed succesfully with no credit.

Also...  I've noticed that some surveys will ask you the same question, but in a different order, just to verify that you're telling the truth.
