Many times I have tried to lose weight but it has been so hard I wish this weight would just fall off. Im 5 5 and i weight 170 im tired of this weight help.

Iknow how dificult it is to lose weight. I used to have a size dress 10 when I came to live in the USA. But now, there is no way to go bellow a size 16. I feel frustrated many times but I keep hoping it will lose weight one day. Keep trying and hang in there. You will lose the weight with a good diet and exercises.
