Zooba never sent me an e-mail with the exceptions of the ones for my book orders. Should I contact Zooba to have them check their system so I know the date that they received my sign up from FC?

I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm new and I signed up for Zooba through FC back in December, but didnt get the credit. I applied for credit manually but havent heard anything in several weeks. I did everything I was supposed to do, but nobody has been in touch with me to help resolve the issue. Is there something more that I need to do to get Zooba credited to my account? So far, everything has been credited except that one. I guess I just need some direction as to what my next step should be, if anything. I just want to be sure that I am doing everything correctly.
