Offers / NOT CREDITING: Blockbuster AND Netflix offers!
« on: September 23, 2008, 04:08:23 pm »Message ID: 31915
Just wanted to let you guys know that NEITHER are crediting.  Prior to signing up for the Blockbuster offer, I browsed through past threads on it and it looked like only about 50% of the people were credited, even after 30 days had passed.  But I took a risk and did it anyway, only to be left out in the cold come payday.  So I thought to myself "alright now, 90% of the other offers credit with a day, I'm sure this one offer was just a fluke.  I'll give the Netflix offer a go."  Only to have the same thing happen.  The requirement is that I must "become a paying customer"...well, I am and it's been nearly a month.

Just want to give fair warning to those considering either of those! :angry7:

Offers / Inboxdollars to become SendEarnings...?
« on: July 27, 2008, 01:23:05 pm »Message ID: 30251
I don't know if anyone else got the e-mail invite yesterday to SendEarnings, but it is EXACTLY the same format, offers, etc albeit with a different colour scheme.  I also noticed that IBD has had very, very few new offers lately, so I'm wondering if they're abandoning IBD or merging or something.  Then again, it allowed me to sign-up for SE with the same e-mail as I use for IBD, so who knows...

Thoughts?

Offers / Question about Blockbuster offer...

Ok, I am reading this right?  You get $25 from FusionCash AND a $25 gift card from Blockbuster themselves?!  Has anyone done this offer?

« on: July 22, 2008, 05:51:17 am »Message ID: 30010
I got an e-mail invite from Global Test Market yesterday for a survey and after about 20 minutes I recieved the equivalent (they use points) of $7.25!!  Holy crap!! :o  With payouts like that from them and Opinion Outpost, I'm almost considering sticking only to offer when it comes to FC...

Offers / Netflix offer question
« on: July 09, 2008, 05:42:26 am »Message ID: 29538
Ok, so basically I get the first 2 weeks free as the offer says.  And the requirements say I must become a paying customer to recieve credit.  So then in the end I end up paying for the first month and can cancel before the second month starts and still recieve credit, right?  If so, $8.95 for a month and then getting $20 back is a hell of a deal...

FusionCash / FusionCash needs a MYSPACE!!

Like I was saying in the Facebook thread, I promote my organization through there and I'd be happy to add you to top friends, as I get 1,200+ visits a month on that page, which could get you some pretty quick exposure...

Off-Topic / How to approach people for referrals.
« on: July 08, 2008, 05:25:03 am »Message ID: 29467
Ok, so in the weeks I've been doing this I've confirmed that this is by no means a scam.  In fact, it's some really, really easy money.  So I've decided to step it up a bit and start looking for people and potentially get some cash for referrals.

But how exactly does one go about such a thing?  Admittedly, these type of sites sort of LOOK gimmicky, so right off the bat, a lot of people's initial impression may not be good.  And even trying to explain thing isn't easy, either.  I have yet to approach anyone, but I can only imagine a possible conversation:

Me: "so I found this pretty awesome site the other day where you can make some pretty easy money..."
friend: "sounds like a scam to me"
Me: "no no, it's totally legit.  you just sign up for a few trial offers and-"
friend: "ok, that REALLY sounds like a scam!"
me: "er, well there are also surveys you can take for money"
friend: "sounds pretty mundane..."
Me: "you just start a new e-mail account for all the spam and whatnot from the offers"
friend: "I already have 3 accounts"

Anyway, do you guys have any pointers for approaching people?  I'm thinking of putting a banner link with my referral page on my Facebook/Myspace, as these pages are seen by several thousand people a month, but then again I use it for my review organization so it would look rather unprofessional...

Arg!  I don't know what to do! :dontknow:

Offers / Fusion Cash VS. Inbox Dollars-which reins supreme?
« on: July 04, 2008, 09:34:46 am »Message ID: 29330
I started this whole paid survey business about a month and a half ago.  I tried about 10 different services and within a week I concluded that basically only 3 of them were actually well organized enough and had decent enough offers to be worth it: Globaltestmarket, fusioncash, and inboxdollars.  Then with a few days I realized that Globaltestmarket was a good site but didn't have enough offers (I still use it about once or twice a week).  So for the past month I've been using fusioncash and inboxdollars side by side.  So far, this is how it seems to me:

Higher paying offers: fusioncash
most reliable in crediting offers: inboxdollars
best organization: inboxdollars
higher number of new offers: same

Other notes: every now and then fusioncash gets a great exclusive offer that no other site seems to get.  Also, fusioncash makes exactly what you have to DO to recieve credit more clear.  Having forums is also helpful!

Overall, although fusioncash pays higher and has some better offers, I would probably choose inboxdollars as having a slight advantage just because they've credited about 90% of my offers compared to fusioncash's 50-60%.

What do you guys think?
