Off-Topic / You want to get jobs back into this country?

You've heard about how our jobs are outsourced to India and Southern Asia and all that, I imagine. It's not uncommon to be greeted by a telemarketer from Pakistan, India, or some other such country.
Here's a suggestion a friend of mine on Facebook gave me:
When you make a phone call and are greeted, ask to speak with someone in America.
If we demand to speak with someone in our own country, maybe the companies who hire the telephone reps will listen to us! Maybe they will start hiring US citizens again!
It's not a terribly big thing we can do for our country, but it's worth a shot, don't you think?
