 hello,
Do you know some one with a mental disorder if so how do you support them. I will start by saying i support them with going to support groups. making sure med are in order and just being there for them for support.
and also i use the phone support were someone suffer or depressed can pick up the phone and encourage them. and there online groups as well at least make sure they go to there dr. for talk therapy one on one helps the neg thinking into positive and there support for family and friends so they can handle how to cope with the illness of there love one.
