Offers / Visual Attention Study Task
« on: January 09, 2015, 12:23:55 pm »Message ID: 950072
Yesterday, I completed two really fun tasks titled Visual Attention Study Task D2 and Visual Attention Study Task C3. They were timed exercises where you had 5 seconds to determine if certain patterns had a something out of place. Each one paid 15 cents. Might be worthwhile!

Off-Topic / Frigid Weather here in Midwest
« on: January 08, 2015, 05:33:36 am »Message ID: 949726
We have been hit hard with an Arctic Blast for the past few days--BRRRRR! Woke up this morning to the coldest day here in Wisconsin so far this winter. It was -11 with a wind chill of 28 below. Layers of cold weather clothes are a definite must when going outside. That wind is treacherous!  :snowman:

Just completed what I felt was a very thought provoking survey in the Task section. The task was titled, "A Study on The Nature of Interpersonal Relationships II". It took less than 10 minutes to complete and I was credited 50 cents.  :) :)

Off-Topic / Fourth of July weekend, not so much for the dogs
« on: July 07, 2014, 04:27:48 pm »Message ID: 897497
Received a call today from a close friend who asked me how my Fourth of July weekend went. I told her I had a pretty good time with my family; we went to our town's parade and enjoyed the festivities at a nearby park. I asked her about her weekend. She replied that her and her dog had a great time picnicking with neighbors on the Fourth, and then the fireworks came that night. Her poor dog was so spooked by the noise that she had to go back to her apartment where her dog ended up jumping in the bath tub, shaking like a leaf, and would not come out until the fireworks ended. She said he was still in a panicky state on Monday, must have thought the noises would return.
I had a collie for 12 years who did the same thing during the Fourth of July, and I was always at my wit's end trying to console her. Needless to say, that time of year was shaky for me and my dog. Anyone else experience similar episodes with their dogs during this holiday?

FusionCash / Radio Loyalty Format Change
« on: June 11, 2014, 12:25:43 pm »Message ID: 889446
Among the emails I received today, was one from FusionCash informing that there was a change made as of today in the Radio Loyalty Format. The CAPTCHA will appear every 30 minutes for a reward of 3 cents instead of every 10 minutes for a reward of 1 cent. Way to go FusionCash! I think this was a good change; sometimes I forget to go to the CAPTCHA every 10 minutes and lose out on those cents. Thank you.  :)

Off-Topic / Rummage Sale
« on: May 19, 2014, 06:41:47 pm »Message ID: 881683
My sister and her neighbor had a huge 3-day rummage sale over the week-end and my mother and I were part of this big event. It was a little cold the first couple days, but we were fortunate enough not to get rained out, even though rain was in the forecast for our area. It was exhausting for us all, needless to say; and I'm sure for anyone who has held a rummage sale, they sure do know the feeling. We got rid of A LOT of stuff and made quite a bit of money so I do consider our week-end endeavor quite a success!  :) :) :)

Off-Topic / What is the best Halloween costume you have ever seen or worn?
« on: October 11, 2013, 05:31:46 am »Message ID: 804612
Halloween is just around the corner and there will be plenty of creative costumes out there. One of the best costumes I have ever seen was at a Halloween party I went to in college. There was a young woman dressed as a TOOTH! She paper maiched a  white  sheet in the shape of a tooth to form around her body and she wore white tights as the roots of the tooth. It was pretty awesome.

While browsing the Community Forum, I couldn't help but notice the different member categories (such as Newbie, Silver Member) and I was wondering what are all the categories and how is each one achieved. Thank you in advance.

Off-Topic / What is your favorite movie of all time?
« on: July 29, 2013, 06:05:13 am »Message ID: 772075
My most favorite movie is "On Golden Pond", starring Henry Fonda and Katherine Hepburn. These two veteran big screen icons just shined in this movie. It was a great mix of drama, comedy, suspense and sentiment with a beautiful story line.

It seems like I'm off to a pretty good start as my beginning list of credited payments shows. I am steadily making progress while learning how FushionCash works.

Debate & Discuss / Calls from Telemarketers after submitting Online Job Applications
« on: July 22, 2013, 07:00:39 pm »Message ID: 769278
Over the past four months I have been applying for jobs online; the good news is that I just recently received a job offer! During this period of job searching, I put my phone number on several job sites and for every 15 calls I received asking if I wanted to continue my education or buy something, I received about 1 call from a potential employer. Has this happened to you? Sure would be interested in knowing.
