I hope you all know that the United States was created for people to immigrate away from their country's problems/religions/cultures etc. The only thing that bothers me about illegal immigrants is that they don't pay full taxes. If they were taxed completely then I wouldn't mind at all .

It really depends. I would suggest confiscating belongings and other things that they value so they learn that through stupid actions come consequences.
