hi all, thanks for your help. I have opened two tickets, which have garnered no response.

I absolutely plan to change to PayPal. Is there any other way to contact them? I can't seem to find any other way than opening a ticket, which has not worked.

No check yet - it was issued and supposedly mailed like 2 months ago. No tracking available. Will switch to PayPal next time, but can't even find many forum posts or any other contact information to remedy this. Anyone?

It's super annoying because I put a lot of time into the measly $30. The least they could do is track it for me.
