It's all about the exercise, really, because that helps with your metabolism and then you don't have to worry TOO much about dieting and cutting back on fatty foods only helps more. You don't even want to lose weight that fast because you'll never keep it off. Losing weight slowly but steadily is the best way to do that.

It does it by itself. There are a bunch of crediting tips in a post made by Cuppycake that I suggest you check out because it helps a lot. For instance, you might want to leave the window open a little while before clicking out of it. It gives the offer a better chance at crediting.

That's not what they said at all. They just told you to be careful because you never know what might happen and they were mainly speaking of other sites, not FC.
