I live on the gulf coast and would love to volunteer to help clean up. But unless I take a course that could cost up to 500.00$ I am not allowed to touch a single dieing animal that desperately needs help

For my kitty Lego

I use Freshstep crystals. A little expensive, but it works when used right. I use a two part kitty litter pan. The bottom is just a regular base, but it has a grid like piece that snaps on top. So it leaves like an inch of crystals on the bottom that do not get stirred up that hold all of the urine smell really well. I clean regular solid waste daily, then once every 3-4wks dump the whole thing and start over
