I try to do 1-2 a day but like others have said, there are days where I feel I have nothing to add to the posts.

I've wondered that for years.  Why are there no nets.

I usually respond to threads others have started.   Seems like I can never think of a legitimate post to start, then I read someone else's post and I think, why didn't I think of that.    :)

Maybe you're trying to do tasks that are at a higher level.  Try some of the level 1 tasks.

We haven't used it but our son used it when he was living in Indianapolis.  He loved it.  If the store didn't have the item the person doing the shopping called or sent him a text asking if he wanted to replace the item with something else and usually made a suggestion.  The only issue he had was when he got veggies or fresh fruit.  He didn't think they picked out what he would have chosen.  He never did the $149.00 for a year because he wasn't sure if he would be there a year.  When they made the delivery they always carried it into his apartment and let him check everything.  I think it would be a great service for anyone who might not be able to go grocery shopping.  I guess a lot might depend on the shopper you got.

I have no problem with it and celebrated the night it became law.   On the scale for "very liberal to very conservative".  I am on the extreme left "very liberal" and I know most that post here are not but I respect and would fight for your right to what you believe.  For me telling someone that is gay to be straight is like tell a straight person you now have to be gay.

I would hope that this thread does not turn into a big fight and we can have adult conversations about any subject.

Like others, I never had any luck with Radio Loyalty.  Would listen, which was fine, enter captcha and never got anything.  Tried it a lot but never could get it to work for me.

Off-Topic / Re: Do you attach memories to your clothes?
« on: May 22, 2019, 04:18:39 pm »Message ID: 1276461
Mine is the opposite.  I have two pieces that I wore during high school, many, many years ago. (I'm now retired),  They are pieces that bring me great memories.  I don't think there is anything wrong with keeping a couple of pieces.   I donate most of the clothes I no longer wear but these two pieces hang in an extra closet.   I also have a couple of my dad's shirts, he passed in 1985.   If I had something that related to a bad memory I believe I would get rid of it quickly.

Like you I have several, if it's cold weather it's absolutely soup.   I guess it really depends on the event that caused me to need comfort food.  Sometimes I want sweets.   Sometimes, like you, I want pizza.

Good news, I like the name they chose

I like the name too.  It reminded me of the Archie comic books.  I've read that it's a popular name right now.

I agree, I miss the contests.  Was always fun, especially when we got some pennies for it.

I feel thankful that I live in an area where I can leave my door unlocked day or night.  We can leave the keys in our car and there are lots of kids that walk home from school.  I do see all of the horrible instances of people being killed for no good reason.  I just try my best to keep a positive attitude about the world and look for the good in people rather than focusing on the negative.  There is still a lot of love in the world.  Hopefully the love and peace will take over the negative attitudes.    :peace:
