Join Surveys offer closes

I've tried the Join Surveys offer a few times now and each time when I get to the end there is a 'continue' button. When I click this the entire window closes each time. I have not yet been credited for this offer and it's been three days. Am I doing something wrong?

I've been having some trouble with that offer as well today, and I also got stuck on that page at one point.
You should be able to avoid that page by restarting the offer because it gives you different offers each time.
