Well if you eat once in a while and then burn it off you should be fine. Good food is sometimes deserved. Its one way to enjoy life. Eating it on a daily basis might be bad for you though :)

I guess it depends on what one considers "good food".  To me, a fruit salad is way more preferable to some candy bar.  Not to say I don't like the occasional junk food item, but I tend to prefer fruits/veggies over the other stuff.  So on that note, I'd say eat up!   ;D

One thing I just bought with my saved FC earnings is an item called Yonanas (sometimes known as the "Frozen Treat Maker" on some sites).  What it does is grind up frozen fruit to make soft-serve ice cream.  I got mine on Friday and tried it out right away (had frozen a couple bananas - as bananas are the base for the "vanilla").  I was very shocked how ground up frozen bananas really does taste like vanilla ice cream.  I think my bananas were a little overripe, so there was a mild banana afterbite - but if I freeze them before that point, I don't think I'd be able to tell the difference.

Just bought myself a bunch of bananas and other fruit and getting ready to freeze them for my summer treats I can eat as much as I want!  Yummmm!

I agree that foods that are not good for you should be eaten in moderation.

thank's kapeh12 for that information.  I saw that product advertised on the Dr Oz show but did not really know what it was.  Now I am going to get one.  I prefer healthy snacks to junk food , but a little junk food every now and then wont hurt.   The only thing is that once you start eating healthy foods, you feel and look so much better that you pretty much loose your desire for junk food.
