How do you handel being a Military wife?

My boyfriend is in the Marions, we are engeged to be married in May 2010. Right now he is in Iraq, he has been gone since April 2009 and he returns in March 2010. Once we are married he will be deployed again in Sept 2010. Im not sure if I can handle him always living. Im so used to being around him allll the time. We've know each others since we were 14. I really do Love and care for him. He is thinking about making a career out of this. Because he feels we will be finacialy set. But I could care less about the money I rather have him. Should I not make a big deal out of this? And I know he is fighting for our country, but I just never imagined it would be the person I cared about having to fight.
