How do I close my account?

Hi, after numerous surveys saying I don't qualify and and such this is less then worth it for me.  How can I close the account?  I don't care about the few dollars that are in there.

The link is in the terms of service. You might want to read over that before you decide to close your account. There are other ways to earn besides surveys though.
