u have to have 25 in your account  at least 15 has to be from offers.  it just depends how much time u have to devote to working on it.

You have to have $25.00 in your account to cashout. If you cashout by the end of the month you will have your payment on the 20th of December. Just always remember to cashout before the end of the month

I can usually get at least $25 every month.  I don't do any of the paid offers, I just do the dailys, and the forum, and post a picture of my payment.  I will do free items as well.

25.00 with 15.00 being offers, I do believe, so you can have bonuses, but the offers have to be seperate, it tells you and seperates them for you. Just make sure you are in by 20th of the month so you can be paid.

I see someone posted that the forum takes a full 60 days for credit.  Is this consistently the case? Does it ever cash out in less time?
