Ability to put multiple pending cashouts on the stack.
« on: December 04, 2009, 12:46:29 pm »
I wanted to cash out today, but because I have one pending, I wasn't able to. While I understand the reasons for this, and kind of have an idea why, I believe that users should be able to have more than one pending cashout. I guess I understand now why some people exceed the 25 dollar minimum (aside from those that make tons off of referrals).

Well thanks for letting me know, I was just wondering about this :

Good idea, and it'd also be nice to have the option once you pass $25 to simply cash out all of your earnings for the month once the time comes around.

noobies  :BangHead:

you don't read what the site say

http://www.fusioncash.net/cashout.php

You already have a pending cashout. If you want to include your current earnings in your latest cashout, you have to go back to your account page, cancel your pending cashout and re-request it.

Note: If you cashed out last month and you cancel your cashout, you lose your spot and must wait until January to be paid.

even IF you cashed out today (the 4th of Dec), you wouldn't get that one till Jan 20th. so why not rack up a little more and cash out on like, Dec 28th when the other cashout has already gone through? dont see what the fuss is here!  :cat: :cat: :cat:

I have read that page, but it doesn't say anything about the ability to cancel and then re-request payment. If you've never made a payment request before then you can't know this.

Also, it isn't 100% clear when you need to cash out by a certain time. Now that I have read this post, I see what it means. Thank you for clearing this up -.-

See, my theory to why one can only cashout once in a given month involves the sheer amount of referral bonuses from cashouts that could potentially be given out. It would obviously cut into the profits, so I can fully understand why. I guess I just think too much about extremely silly things.

The bottom line is I can ALWAYS use free money, so it doesn't matter when I cashout as long as I do.

That's certainly part of the reasoning, but it also has to do with payment cycles (when we get paid by our advertisers) and the human element: someone has to check all the accounts that request a cashout - if we had multiple rolling cashouts, keeping track of who has been checked and who hasn't (and who needs a re-check) would be impossible, and the workload for the person or people doing the checking would multiply.  The final reason for the cashout schedule is that it generally allows time for advertisers to revoke leads -- if they're going to do it, it's usually before the 20th of the following month.  That way FC doesn't lose money paying out on offer completions that we don't get paid for.

I don't mind waiting, if I hit that 25.00 limit, I am happy, and anything I can add on to it, I am even more the happier, I know it is harder to reach the 25.00 sometimes, but I guess you got to be persistant and keep searching for new offers.
