I hate cows milk.  I only use rice milk in my cereal.  I do cook with regular milk if the recipe calls for it but I can't even remember the last time I cooked with milk.  I certainly won't drink it straight yuck!

We drink Skim milk.  It is hard to believe I grew up drinking whole milk that we pasteurized ourselves.  Dad used to milk 40 head of cows when I was little.

I don't drink milk but I always buy whole. When my Son was little he was always underweight and I was told to give him whole milk, just sort of stuck.
