I never received credit for Fast Web either. I received and confirmed my email and have even been contacted by phone on several occasions and they blow my junk email box up everyday. I did that offer over 2 months ago.

You can make $200 if

1)If you're a newbie,(cuz all the offers are available to newbies, while most of us longer term members have tapped out

2)Dont mind doing credit card offers

3)Have followed the advice members have posted about deleting cookies,not doin offers twice,downloading cc cleaner, roboform...etc

4)Understand that some offers dont credit and THEY NEVER EVER WILL CREDIT, and be prepared to deal with that fact...cuz whining about them not crediting wont do u a bit of damn good

That is not a fact -- all of our offers credit or they would not be on this site. We monitor our conversion rates daily to make sure everything is running smooth.
