Do we have a Legal or Justice System?

I saw a video this morning that really made me think about this. A 16 year old abused girl was sentenced to life without parole when she should have been given a medal for all the young girls she saved. http://media.causes.com/595178?p_id=94374538

"If you can't get your JUSTICE, go get your PIECE". Am I promoting the thought of taking the law into your own hands? Hmmmm.....that's power to define. The young lady that killed her pimp, may GOD bless her; for there is no justice in our legal system.

This is justice?  This scum actually raped her at 13 and put this innocent child on the streets to make money for him.  What was the judge thinking to give her this type sentence-life plus 4 years.  The legal system really let this young lady down and there should be an appeal.

Ok... this seems odd! The "victim"/pimp should have been locked away for quite a while! Instead of giving her a life plus 4 years, we as a society should wake up, get off our soapboxes and take a stand as to where we see our future at. If one wants to admit it or not the next generation is our future! What type of message is that sending to them! Do a crime, get a life sentence, if we keep laws that tight 75% of whichever state YOU live in will be either in PRISON or DEAD! In this case marshal law would have been accepted (eye 4 an eye) Guess the judge in the case was a good ole boy who liked seeing his pimp friend and was saddened by the convicted females actions.
